Retreat Cancellation & Refunds

At Society of Leisure, we’re committed to crafting seamless, transformative retreats. To maintain the highest quality experience for all guests, please review our refund policy carefully:

  • Deposit Non-Refundable: The initial deposit is non-refundable and secures your spot on the retreat.

  • Partial Refund: You may receive up to 50% refund of your remaining balance if you cancel 30 days or more before your retreat start date.

  • No Refund After 30 Days: Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat date are non-refundable.

If you cannot attend your scheduled retreat, your booking will be automatically transferred to the next available retreat date. Please contact us to coordinate the transfer.

How to Cancel:
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@societyofleisure.com or by phone at (571) 601-4648. The cancellation date is based on the timestamp of your written notice.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events that may prevent you from attending.

Liability Disclaimer:
By booking with Society of Leisure, you acknowledge and accept that participation in retreats and activities involves inherent risks. Society of Leisure and its affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the retreat. Attendees are responsible for their own health, safety, and travel arrangements.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel retreats due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or credit toward a future retreat will be provided.
